Terms & refunds
These terms cover every Porch & Bell service. By paying, you agree to them. Questions: hello@porchandbell.com.
What we deliver
- Local profile and review repair. $149 one-time: we fix your Google Business Profile and post replies to your reviews. $297/month: ongoing replies and profile upkeep.
- AI-search visibility. $490 audit: a written report on how AI assistants answer buyer questions about you and three competitors. $1,500/month: fixes and content work, with a weekly prompt report.
- Store support. $149 7-day pilot, credited to month one: AI-drafted, person-checked replies on one support inbox. $1,100/month: ongoing email and chat support.
AI drafts the work and a person checks it before it goes out. We deliver work, not outcomes: we do not promise search rankings, AI mentions or sales.
Payment
You pay by card through Stripe. We never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Monthly plans and cancelling
Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing hello@porchandbell.com. There is no notice period and no contract. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Refunds
- Entry purchases (local $149, AI-search $490, support pilot $149) are refunded in full if we have not started the work. Email us to ask.
- Once the work is delivered, there is no refund.
- Monthly fees are not prorated. If you cancel mid-month, the month you paid for continues.
What we need from you
Access to the accounts the work happens in (for example your Google profile or one support inbox) and accurate information about your business. You can remove our access at any time. You keep ownership of your accounts and content.
Limits
You are responsible for decisions about refunds, policy exceptions and other commitments to your customers. We pass those to you. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
